Bit of a blast from the past this post of yours, but I've just been searching through heaps of the threads about turbo and turbo actuator problems since we have a limp mode at about 2 - 2.5 k problem and a diagnosis of "probably the turbo actuator". I don't suppose you've ever done a "how to" for either have you?
