Have to press the unlock button twice?? try this.
I found that pressing the lock and unlock button on the key fob for about 2-3 secs changes the config so now you only have to press the unlock button once for the doors to open.2005 Discovery 3 HSE

I pressed lock/unlock for 3 seconds .... it honked the horn at me.
Every time I try to lock the doors now .... it honks at me
Plus, pressing the two buttons made it start raining ... it won't stop ... please advise or send ark.
Despite the cost of living, it remains as popular as ever!

Perhaps whether the vehicle is locked or unlocked when you do the two-button-press makes a difference?A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

I've changed both my remote batteries and the casing. The latter is needed as the original casing gets damaged taking it apart.Freelander SE 2005 Auto.
