Potential TSB explaining the multiple warning lights

So, I found this TSB:

Air Conditioning NHTSA ID: 10056417
TSB ID: LTB-00644NAS-1

Land rover: due to corroded chassis wiring harness on left rear side of chassis-to-body connector, multiple warning lights are displayed in the instrument cluster. model 2005-2009 lr3 (la), 2006-2013 range rover sport (ls), 2010-2013 lr4

So, where is the chassis-to-body connector. Anyone have a photo?
This seems to be a well known issue which LR have not ignored but have issued a TSB wich their hopeless dealers have ingored

Oh dear....
I had a look at the connector which is on the left hand side of the rear chassis and easily accessible if you remove the spare. There is only one so it is hard to miss.
It is an absolute disgrace and LR should be ashamed of themselves for proposing that this car can go anywhere if this connector gets wet.
It is sloppily tied up with black plastic tape and is nowhere near waterproof or dirt proof. I have not removed it yet and will try a live test before I do. By live test I mean switching the ignition on and moving it around to see if it provokes faults or not. It has a jumble of 30-40 wires going into some connector which them plugs into another. From a simple design perspective it is a mess and as design for an off-road vehicle meant to wade, it is basically dangerous.
My vehicle is affected by the TSB but naturally LR never informed me and my local garage will probably deny its existence.

That is for North American Spec vehicles (NAS). You’ll need to find the European TSB, if it even exists.

Off road? Real off road? Never but it is designed to apparently..

I can't easily find a list of EU TSBs but why would such a thing change between US and EU vehicles? It looks the same to me. Any idea where I could get EU TSBs for LR though?
My garage still claims it has NEVER heard of this multiple warning lights issue and I am busting to prove them wrong

Anybody know if there is a TSB in Europe related to the multiple warning lights one I posted for the US?

Here is that masterpiece of engineering. However I must admit that jiggling it around with the ignition on did not provoke any DTCs as I thought it might so perhaps this is not the root cause of my issues and perhaps it works after all though whether it works underwater is another issue..
