Possible Scottish Private Estate for 4x4's
Hi All
I read a long while ago in a copy of Land Rover International where a trip was undertaken on a Scottish Estate. It had a hotel?? and was a huge I think 3000 acre area? I may have dreamt this or possibly its the site where Jeremy Clarkson took the then new Discovery 3 "up a mountain" I Think the latter may have been the home of the late Alan Clarke MP?
My wife wants us to go on a road trip in our Discovery 3 so would prefer to use our car?

Hi NJSS apologies for the late reply but yes I would. Looking at mid November start for about two weeks at least?
Particularly France as my sister owns a fishing lake in Herisson? Its located south of Le Mans roughly speaking and we could go there on our way to the Alps approximately 31/2 hours away from her place.
We have both travelled extensively but never by car let alone a Land Rover!
Thought I'd start in Scotland first?
