Possible height sensor failure

I was not expecting to see any problems, but while I was looking through the options on the IID tool I found the following rear height problem. I have measured the distance from the centre of the wheel to the wheel arch, the left is 480mm and the right is 490mm (the ground is not completely level and the car has sat for the last 2 days without moving).
Would I be right is saying the right rear sensor needs changing?

Isn't that just what you'd expect if the ground isn't completely level? The car has self-levelled itself so the wheel heights are bound to be different.
