PMs sitting in outbox

PMs sitting in outbox

I have Pm's sitting in my outbox, which refuse to be sent to the intended folk. My PM boxes are not full, so what is going on?!?

They haven't been read by the receipient - when they are then they'll move to Sentbox

Its gone off my Inbox now Stu as its too old - therefore I cannot read it and you have it stuck in your OutBox - a bug in phpBB methinks Neutral

I've got a pm sat in my outbox that is a few months old now but I believe it's because when you send a pm now, the recipient will receive a email from the site telling them that they have a pm and this email also has a copy of the pm. This then results in some users not bothering to read the pm as they have already read it.
