My replacement D4 Bluetooth module has arrived to take the place of the missing D3 one!
MOST connector easy, but I need top make up a jumper lead from the original D3 plug to the D4 module.
I know it is Pin 16 (positive Ign) and33 or 34 for Negative.
I just need to know which of the 32 pins are the right ones!
I take it no-one has found a source of the 32 pin female vehicle plug used. Alibaba.com has them listed but I don't want 100 (The min order), but they are only a few cents each!
Automotive connectors 32 pin AMP TYCO 1719058-2 blue PA66.
Sadly no hits for a supplier in this country on Google.
Wiggs, how does the module get power when the ign is off as you could continue a call with the ign off on the original D3 unit?
Is there another jumper needed to take battery V to the unit for these circumstances?
