Same as before for UK spec 2012 MY. There are no official DRL only lights on the D4. You can have DEALER configured DRL but ALL this does is automatically switch on the LED's and DIPPED BEAM together, when ignition is on and out of park.
There is a post on here about dealer retro- fit DRL specific LED lights BUT I can't see WHERE they would fit on mine, as I reckon the only place is on the LOWER bumper area where my SURROUND cameras already sit.
We can't see a Factory fit option for these new lights. Might be different for NON UK cars though.

In the accesories section of the MY12 brochure, there is an illustration of DRLs fitted in two horizontal rows of four, one each side, on the black plastic lower bumper panel, directly beneath the intregated spotlamps. There is a note which says "The daytime running lamps are not illuminated when either the vehicle headlamps or sidelamps are switched on".
I hope this helps.

There ain't no black plastic directly below my spotlights
There is a small indent above and lateral to the number plate in the black central area of the lower valance, maybe 4" by 1.5". And that is where my SURROUND CAMERAS are. So I cant see anywhere else they can go on my bumper without a major free hand hacking job.
Maybe it's one of those options you CAN'T have if you have another option ie the surround cameras. Or haven't I got a 2012MY front bumper assembly . Tiz a puzzle to me where they could go on my car. Maybe one has to apply my moto

That's what I've seen before. It,s really low down on on the under curve of the valance. Looks like a ventilation grill for vented discs. Very vulnerable in my opinion and not in a good sight line position for DRLs.
Why on earth don't they just mod the existing LED's so they have the specified power to be rated as true DRL's If it don't fit the third time - try a bigger hammer

Is that yours? If so, did you retro-fit these, spec them as an extra or are they standard on a Landmark?D4 XS MY12 Galway

retro-fitted with photoshop!!!
Just did it to see how they'd look. Now I know they go off when the side/dipped lights are on, (which means they can't be on at the same time as the signature LED's), and the cost... I don't think I'm interested !!!
I'd prefer to get the signature LED's running as DRL's instead?

I think that's what I felt right at the beginning - too low , too small, too vunerable and too expensive. If it don't fit the third time - try a bigger hammer
