Picked up an MY13 ex demo D4 mainly as a commercial tow vehicle (not commercial GS), very happy with the D3 (bought second hand with 25K on) 102K never let me down, alternator replaced and full belt service many, many miles of boat delivery up and down the Spanish/French/German mountains.
Had a tow today tri-axle 9m flat bed with about a 3ton all up what a difference, the gearbox is soooo smooth and the torque of the engine, sad to see the D3 go but a big improvement. Fuel consumption same trailer D3 17 mpg today 23mpg.
