By a strange coincidence, you have one too. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

You can have 8 phones recognized (in the bluetooth mode), but only one can be use at a time.
If you have 2 bluetooth phones in the car, the last one used in the car is connect.
I agree with you C8REW,
I’m obliged to buy an old 6230i Nokia model to be compatible with the car "Lady": Discovery 3 HSE Seven TDV6 Tonga Green.
Options : Automatic Gearbox, Premium navigation system, Personal telephone integration system, Park distance control front, Powerfold exterior mirrors, Sunroof plus Alpine roof, Lower centre console cooler box, Cold climate pack, Full size spare wheel.

If there is a way of getting the directories stored then I need to work that out.
Chris
All I have done is stored the names I tend to ring in the cars memory, with a voice tag - this seems to work for me, and although you need to sit in the car a good half hour setting all the numbers you use, once done it works well.

Hi Stuart,
I cannot understand why the information cannot be stored in a directory. Even if it has to be put in manually.
The voice dialing will be OK for a few numbers but with the quantity I have it would be a major problem!
Regards
Chris

It seems that the Disco3 and RRS do not have "Full Function" Bluetooth as described.
I have a copy of the sales manual which states
1. Cradle - "full hands-free use"
2. Bluetooth - "Full Hands-Free Functionality".
Bluetooth Spec
It seems however LR are covered over the lack of functionality on the D3 Bluetooth.
I am still going to hassle LR over this matter until such time as the D3 is modified so that its bluetooth works properly.
