phone

this is one of those daft questions but. My 07 SE was ordered by someone else but bought by me. In the central consul there is a phone connection with housing wires etc. I have the shark fin on top and the phone attachment on the steering wheel. If I bought a compatible phone have I got a working system. I understood this was an optional extra wich the previous purchaser may I guess have requested. Does this sound likely .
What do you think.

Phone/Bluetooth

I have the shark tail on the roof, and the connections in the armrest. Tho I had to connect my phone ie (bluetooth) to find the D3, then my phone found the car , I had to put in a code which the dealer had , which made them both compatable, to come through the Harmon and Karden system.

Hope this helps Thumbs Up

You have bluetooth PTI on your car. With the ignition on, ask your phone to search for Bluetooth devices. When it finds LandRover tell it to pair and when requested enter 2121. Once connected, set LandRover as authorised and you have voice dialling (you can save 20 or so entries), keypad dialling (using numbers by the stereo) and the ability to dial any number by voice.

To physically connect the phone needs a phone-specific cradle, and they are only available for out of production phones now Mad
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
