Don't suppose we have anyone who travels between South Hants, (Waterlooville, Petersfield etc) and Whyteleafe Surrey do we?
I have a package to go to Whyteleafe that Parcelforce have refused, and my local Evri driver has advised me will be an issue.
It's a box @20cm x 40cm x 90cm with a used motorcycle exhaust in.
All wrapped up well and clean and tidy.
Parcel force have said they will take it but will not insure it, and apparently EVRI will do the same.
This is despite both company websites saying they will take it and insure it.
I paid for it online with Parcelforce then when I tried to drop it off at the Post Office I was told it had been cancelled and my payment refunded, which it had.
It needs to be insured because of the value, and I don't want to mis-declare the contents as in the event of damage they will refuse to pay out. Heaven doesn't want me, and hell is afraid I'll take over.
