Pb in lowering the car after the EPB was changed

Hi,

My EPB was faulty, and as i was next to the end of the Warranty, i asked my steeler to change it.

After a month of waiting for the parts, the EPB was changed on friday (EPB motor, cables...).
Though, 2 hours after i left the steeler location, and i was arriving at home, i managed to lower the car toward the access height.
The car started to lower, but stoped, and i saw on the EDB that the car was going to the extended position.
i tryed several times to lower it, but it's allways the same result, it acts just like there is something preventing it to go to access heigh.

I tryed to raise the car up to offroad position, and it work perfectly. When i go down to normal position, it works fine.

Does someont have an idea of what happens ? and what to do ?
If someone have the detailed plans of the EPB, location, and other parts next to the EPB, i would try to look for the problem by myself.

Many thank to you.

Sam
