What effect does the long range tank have on economy? I guess it's marginal considering the weight of the car? 1995 Discovery 1 300TDI

Got to £99, and stopped, so had to pay. Started again got to £99 and stopped again, so had to pay. Started yet again and finished up paying the last £17.25.
Why can't they just let me fill up in one go.
Moto services are the same, they stop at £80 at 142.9 a litre, it isn’t much, they can restart the pump to save you going in to pay if they want, at Trowell won’t though

When I installed it, I didn’t notice any change in the fuel consumption. But the wife did, as we could drive twice as far.

When I fill the Rib up it takes 200 L in the under deck tank + 150 L in deck tanks and I always go in 1 st to tell them so usually can go to 200 L before I pay

when you fill up, find a pump with a button on it that says HGV, press it before you pull the trigger and it will let you fill up the tank in one go. and it fills up faster. one life, live it
