Passenger Window (Front) Not Working

Hi All,

Anyone else had this issue? :-

The front passenger window is not working from either the driver's switch or the passenger's switch. All the other windows work okay. The window is stuck in the closed position. There appears to be power at the motor as you can hear the window try to go down but there is no movement, its almost as if there is a sensor that is stopping it.

Will try the resets I have seen in other threads on Disco3, but I don't hold out much hope.

Cheers
Rob

Mine is the same, but I presumed it was the regulator (not checked).

I cant face doing the regulator, looks like a nightmare, so its been like that for nearly a year. Embarassed

This just solved the problem for me:

When the engine is running push and hold the "window-up" button for around 10 seconds. Then try to roll down the window... If not working try holding it a little longer - worked for me! Thumbs Up
