| Passenger door lock problem |

Hi,
There are other posts about doors not locking or unlocking, but none seem to mention the passenger door.
The door locks and unlocks normally, but when I press the lock button twice to turn off the internal sensors, the passenger door is openable from the outside. The latch doesn't move inside the car, but you can open the door from outside. Also, when the doors auto lock when I drive away, the door is openable from outside as well.
I'm guessing latch or actuator, but any opinions gratefully received.

My passenger door would not unlock, new actuator £50, fitted. Great guides on here how to do it. No further trouble

I also had this problem, and when I tried to remote lock the D3 it would sound the horn everytime to warn me. As stated, a new lock actuator did the trick. (under warranty but only took about 15 mins to do) Man with no D3 anymore, but cant leave the forum....how sad.

I had this problem with the horn sounding intermittently when trying to lock the door.
Like others solved with a new door actuatur at around £80 fitted
