The rolling radius of the tyre size is the same, regardless of the tread pattern. Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's were fitted to G4 vehicles in 255/55R19 with no modification to the geometry or suspension height.
I'm not sure what over inflating the tyres is supposed to achieve, it's not a diagnostic aid I've ever used for power steering or anything else.

It shouldn't be that difficult to get to the cause of the concern, remember that no-one commenting has the benefit of hands-on with the vehicle so it's all guesses and opinions, sometimes with a bit of confirmation bias thrown in.
