Front Parking Sensor warning on Dash.
How do I know what one it is?
Is it usually just the Sensor?
Does this take lot the whole system as it’s not working....or will this be due to me having no sound through the Stereo?
Thanks.

it takes the whole system down. Could even be a rear sensor at fault!
or wire short behind bumpers
A GAP IID £425 will tell you which one as well as many things to repair your LR
The D3 parking sensors do not involve the stereo/amp

With the sensors active put your ear to each sensor in turn. A good sensor clicks, find one thats not clicking and replace it.

From memory, I think you'll need the electronic park brake to be off for the sensors to be active and 'clicking'.
When I was fault finding my rear parking sensors, some clicked louder than others but the quiet ones weren't necessarily faulty. The faulty sensor was very quiet, but the replacement sensor was also relatively quiet compared to the others.
All of mine were clicking so I used a sweeping brush in front of the sensors so I could test which ones worked and which didn't.
Good luck.
