Park Distance Control dispay on sat nav screen...

Today, whilst manoeuvering around the drive, instead of the usual reverse camera picture on the screen, a graphic representation of the D4 with proximity graphics front and rear appeared Confused The various proximity areas were flashing red when the car was close to an object.

I have never seen this before and cannot find it in the manual, nor can I repeat the display. Now the rear camera comes on and stays on for a few seconds, then reverts to whatever screen it was on prior to reverse been selected, which is what I thought was nomal.

Am I going mad or something?

The front sensors and the D4 screen graphic remain active until the vehicle goes over 10mph Thumbs Up

Well yes, very useful, but I can't make it do it again and I don't know what I did to make it happen in the first place Big Cry My neighbours think I'm nuts, I've been driving forwards and backwards up and down my drive all evening!

No it doesn't just the reverse cam ....I think if I reverse then go forward in drive it changes from the reverse cam to the D4 pic.

When the camera display is on, just touch the screen and you'll switch it to the graphic. Touch the button in the bottom left corner to go back to the camera view. Thumbs Up

I can't get this car graphic you guys are talking about to pop up on my touchscreen. I do have the surround camera system, though.

The only option I am given, if I touch the image on the screen while reverse gear is engaged, is to remove the bending yellow lines and red PDC warning "squares" that are normally superimposed on the video feed. No car graphic to be seen, it must not be available on models with surround camera (or not available in North America for who-knows-what liability concern...)
