Panoramic Sunroof Insurance Cover
Morning All,
Does anyone know any insures that will cover the panoramic roof / sunroof with no limit?
I am imagining a future scenario where some idiot managed to put a crack in the roof whilst messing with this roof tent.
Thanks all!

Direct Line and NFU both do but I always ask the question when on the phone adding on the modifications.

A worthwhile question as SWMBO got a stone strike on her DS a few years ago and the replacement was about £2200 IIRC....
At the time it seemed pan roofs were covered under the standard glass cover but it started to change around that time to a 'no cover' clause and/or additional premium surcharge to cover it.
Few years from now and such an event could write a car off......

I did consider having 3m protective film fitted to my panoramic roof.
I’ve had it on the front end of two previous vehicles inc my D3 and it worked really well.
Never had it on glass before though.

Recently had mine replaced on MY14HSE. My insurance did not cover it under the windscreen part of cover - I had tried at time of renewal but the broker could not get anything suitable at the time.
I ended up claiming through the insurance policy as it was well over €2k, as I had a protected no claims bonus, it has not affected my insurance renewal cost.

Thanks for the suggestions.
For some reason I can't get a quote out of Direct Line (2005 V8) with no claims, points and maximum no claims... perhaps they don't insure V8's...
Waiting for a callback from the NFU so will update when I get one.
... if anyone has any other suggestions fire away.
