Paddle shifters

On a US spec discovery 4 2013 with the stick shifter is it possible to add paddle shifters and a rotary drive select knob instead of the stick? I was looking at the accessories book that was updated for 2014 and it said you could add a knob and paddles but it doesn't say what year cars can have it... Just wondering because I might want my dealer to change the stick

paddles and rotary shift came with the 8speed gearbox. I'm guessing you have V8 with the 6 speed auto.

Came in from 2011 on the deilsels here in the UK.
