You'd better be quick as according to the Lithuanian shadow PM on the Today prog they're about to be invaded by the Ruskies, and he's calling for a general mobilization, and arming a civilian rapid resistance movement.
I'm waiting to hear from some of my academic colleagues in Klaipeda and Kaunas.
