P006A after Inlet manifold swap

Discovery 4 3,0l 2010
In august I had to swp the inlet manifold, and changed both sides. After that I couldn't get it to start and had to also swap the HPFP, one of the MAF sensors. The MAP sensor was swapped a few weeks later after the car went into reduced performance and had the code related to that sensor.
It has driven fine for a while but now, somtetimes it it will go in reduced performance mode and throw P006A-00. No other relevant codes show up. It happens only in the early morning, and under 10degrees on the road sloping up the valley. It doesn't seem to matter if I drive slow and even (normal as the motor isn't up to temp) or like today when I drove a little bit harder to test it.
Once the code is erased it drives fine the rest of the day, and possibly several days before it happens again.
Any ideas where I should start looking?

Do a smoke test on the exhaust and air side to look for any leaks. Check the vacuum control pipes are correct.
