Overheating !!

Ive got a irractic FBH works for so long then throws in the towel and stops. The fault code says its the over heat sensor open circuit. I clear the fault anf its OK again for a short while. Anyone know where this sensor is located. I expect its on the FBH and can it be repaced seperately or is there another fault that just trggers that fault code ??
