Today the one touch window closure for the drivers window has stopped working, the passenger side is fine. Have switched off, locked up etc, but no change.
Anyone have any ideas so I can guide the numpties people @ the local dealers The surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us yet.

Hold the switch in the up position and keep it there for 5 seconds or so after it has closed, try the one touch down and it should be back to normal. Club Exped trailer

Quote:To recalibrate the window position, close the window and keep the switch pressed for one second.
Anti-trap mechanism (front windows
only)
If the anti-trap sensor detects an obstruction
during window closing, the window will stop
and then open slightly. This will prevent a
window trapping vulnerable parts of the body
or other obstructions.
The anti-trap feature can be overridden by
attempting to close the window at intervals of
less than 10 seconds. On the fourth attempt the
window will move up a short distance with
increased force to try and move the
obstruction. If this fails to move the obstruction, anti-trap
will be disabled until reset.
To reset anti-trap, close the window and keep
the switch pressed for one second

Anyone know if the one-touch for all windows can be retro-fitted to say an MY04.
Mine only as the driver's window on OT. Is it just a case of replacing the switch pack or is it a software issue?

The seatbelt bong removal also works on a lot of vehicles, although mostly Ford 'stable' so LR, Jags, Fords, Volvos, Aston Martin....

This happened to mine too - do a search and you will find the thread.
I changed the EGR valves and it cured the problem. D4 SDV6 HSE
