Great image! They've really captured that guilty look they give you too. Rolling with laughter

This brings back memories. We took ours for a coastal path walk as a pup but ended up putting her in the rucksack as the path was quite close to the edge. Little Censored didn’t want to get out Laughing

I take back everything nice I’ve ever said about ours. She just chased a rabbit around a hill, decided to join a fitness class two fields away and was brought home by a very nice lady while I was still looking for her in the gathering darkness. #hatespaniels #needwine

Yes I think it was. She’s asleep now! And I’ve got the worst of the brambles out of my arms and opened the wine.

I thought it was mandatory for all spaniels to LOVE water.

But

A friend who has one that hates the stuff, she quivers at the sight of her water bowl and dives behind the sofa if it is suggested that she goes outside to do her business (instead she uses the cat's litter tray, much to the disgust of the cat).

Can anyone suggest a therapist who will cure this very un-spaniel like spaniel of this affliction?

I’d just throw some cheese in the nearest lake! Mine would walk across hot coals for cheese!

I'm told she will look with absolute contempt and ignore the flying cheese unless she can catch in flight before it gets anywhere near the water (which she's very good at)
