Which Oil (again sorry)

Hi,

First of all apologies for raising the age old question/topic of oil but I’ve searched and searched and keep finding conflicting advice!

I’ve just done an oil flush and change on my D3 and the new oil I used is 5/30 Fully Synthetic C3 spec oil. Now logic says that C3 is superior to B1 or the plethora of other ratings quoted as being suitable for the TDV6. Is this correct, is this oil suitable?
