Could be the front crank seal. Presses into oil pump.
Not a small job
Get a genuine seal. And read procedure carefully on here

Aux belt tensioners do fail. or check the PAS pump is alligned ok.
or do you mean cambelt has an issue?
It's common for seals to fail shortly after an oil pump change. So this is a lesson to yourself. Do your homework on how to fit this seal, otherwise you will be doing it again!
I think the thread tell you how, that I linked above. A long read i know.
Helps if you have a tool.
Yes you will have to lock the crank to remove the crank pulley.
Change seal.
Refit pulley.
Refit belts.
Wait 5 hours before starting the engine for the seal to settle.
Good and bad pumps are both marked FoMoCo

hi and thank you i did not fit the pump only owned the car for 4 miles then massive oil leak i suspect the last owner knew something was wrong or one before last as he only registered it on 4th august 24 ( b d said he had been all over country in it no problems over last few years )
any ways up will have to try and get to starter and do it its the bad side as car is against the fence on that side . anyway at least thats cleared up why there was very little oil in it when i got it delivered .

the auxillary belt tensioner at bottom was jumping about all over the place at 1500 rpm

You need to lock the crank to stop rotation while undoing the effing tight crank bolt, can be done by locking the balancer instead of the flywheel/flexplate but you risk throwing the timing out.
I did a friends oil pump and belt replacement last year and we found the timing out by 1 belt tooth and this was enough to cause low power.

Starters done from under car.
Remove 1 10mm bolt on heat exchanger and swing it out the way.
Disconnect battery
Disconnect starter cables
Remove small bolts in the support bracket in the starter. Careful they can break
Remove 2 13mm bolts on the bell housing (between engine and gearbox) to release starter.
Then there is an art to get starter out. But you could leave it in there if
