Oh come on!! How much more can go wrong??

Hi all As everyone is probably aware I’ve swapped my looms from an S model to an HSE, both interior and dash.
I have two plugs left at the drivers side. Coming from the interior loom I have green plug with green, yellow/green, black, red, purple wires and a small plug from the dash with wires purple, red, Black, green/white, dark green and light green.

I’m no good with wiring diagrams...

My iidcontrol is coming up with
Suspension
U0416-86 (A7) Invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module - Bus signal/message failure - signal is invalid

Terrain Response
U0416-94 (27) Invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module - Component failure - unexpected operation

U0421-94 (27) Invalid data received from ride level control module - Component failure - unexpected operation

I’ve checked and reset steering angle

D3 TDV6 55plate
Any help will do

Why was the loom changed?

What MY was the replacement loom from?

Has there been any CCF/software modifications before or after swapping the looms?

Normal ccf changes like putting clock on dash.
Changed because I had the poverty spec and wanted a better OE system.
As for the MY... I didn’t think it mattered? But obviously it does.
I’ll have a gander when I’m back as I’ve had to leave her at home. Frustrated!!!

does the car start and drive ok?

it's no usual to get U codes. But if they come back every time, and you have dash warning lights then there is a problem

I'm busy this week

Drives ok. With its faults.
Comes up with system fault special program not available
Amber brake light
Amber triangle with exclamation mark
Amber air suspension warning, which turns red after I’ve driven for 10mins
Lowers up and down through Gap Tool

I swapped the front end loom from my 05 HSE to that of an 08HSE, and wiring at the ABS module was completely different

Many changes were made through various years

Been having an afternoon with Gary (gstuart) and it seems we’ve figured out what the problem is/was(going to try once I’ve finished me ice cream)

Took a look at the old dash wiring loom I took out and.....

From the green plug
Purple goes to No. 35 at the big blue plug at fuse box
Red goes to No. 11 at the green plug above stereo(DSC I think)

Now from the HSE dash loom I’ve put in
From the Grey plug
Purple goes to No. 35 at the big blue plug at fuse box
Red goes to No. 11 at the green plug above the stereo(DSC I think)

These are the same just different plugs Censored

Now the green plug thats from the new interior loom
Purple goes to passenger doors No. 20 rear and No. 30 front door
Red goes to the terrain response No. 7

Fingers crossed it goes well Whistle Whistle

Everything works tonight. No fault codes. Just the normal ones I had before.
I’ll let you all know if it’s still working after Tomorrow’s test drive Thumbs Up

Well over the past few days I’ve been driving it and no problems with the electrics. No bings or bongs.

Thanks everyone who suggested solutions but main thanks to gstuart.
