it will mor then likely be the turbo valve in the turbo hose located on the osf it will be sticking and just require cleaning

Fault code P1247-00 Turbo Charge Boost Pressure Low = Compressor Shut Off Valve.

£127 as opposed to a new Turbo, great service from TVLR again. Paul.
