NSR upper wishbone

I need to replace the near side rear upper wishbone bushes. I have seen from posts it can be a pig of a job, so I think it is one for the garage. Can anyone offer me any thoughts on whether to replace the whole wishbone or just the bushes (thinking whole wishbone) and whether there is anything else that it is sensible to do while they are in there?

Thanks.

is it lower rear or lower front ?

front's i normally give out whole arms but with a bit of swearing and some patience you can do just the bushes
if in workshop enviroment then cutting out and putting in new arm saves more than the extra cost of arm compared to bushes but if dong it yourself it could work out cheaper as all depends on how presious your time is
