Kilovolt - your truck would look good with late D4 tail lights, the black surround would go well. I on the other hand have a Firenze red late D4 with the black tail lights and I think mine would look better with the earlier D4 tail lights. I’m just saying….

I have a set of the earlier D4 ones off mine I’m happy to swap if you want

United Kingdom 2013 Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 Commercial XS Auto Baltic BlueDiscovery 4

Hello there.

Stay as I am thank you Thumbs Up

Passions seem to run high on this little thread and there exist two extremes for cleaning the Discos (do and do not).

We have a simple ethos in our household - we own, we look after it. The fact my Disco is 10 years old and got 130k on the clock and looks as it does (image at the top of this thread) says a lot about its care (and its owner). Once had a customer say to me "we like how you work and we trust you to look after our project as we see you do your own". Smile

Must count for something Question
"Track day running - Don't put your foot back on the accelerator until your absolutely sure you don't have to take it off again"

Current Ride: D4 XS Commercial Baltic Blue SDV6 fully loaded with heated everything Smile
Track Days: BMW E36 M3 Evolution MY 1996 (3.2 Litre 377 BHP sat in 1,250 Kgs of car, with a pro safety cage and some serious braking power) Smile

United Kingdom

I am a similar opinion to some on here. I am lucky enough to be able to afford a nice car. I brought it because I use it for what it was meant. I brought a new D4 some years ago and at 4 weeks old went in the Pot Noodle Challenge driving it up a mountain and through Strata Florida. My car looked a mess when we had finished but I came home a cleaned and polished it.
I look after it because I like doing it, I have done two stage correction to all my Disxoveries and then either waxed or sealed them or ceramic coated them. I like them to look nice but also like them to be able to go anywhere when I want.
