Normal or Not

I’ve recently bought a 65 plate D4 HSE,
Now occasionally I get a crackle from audio, as though your playing with a speaker connection.
Also when my phone is connected to the car Bluetooth, whenever a text arrives it knocks the sat nav screen from the display, and prompts the message- disconnected do you wish to re-connect.
Is that normal.
No fault codes present.
