| Non functional 3rd brake light |

I have noticed that my high level brake light is not working.
Couple of questions
1. does it have a replaceable bulb?
2. if not does it have a separate fuse
If not - any way of locally testing it before digging into the bitch of a job to remove and replace it.
I see in the wiring diagram that it is fed by a green wire with a purple tracer but am unsure of the wires routing. 10 D4 Bali Blue
