| no wtt software access to fbh anymore |

My D3 is currently in summer storage and I wanted to repair my fbh during this time.
Unfortunately the WTT software does not get any access to the heater anymore.
The program starts and tries initialising but fails.
I checked the wirings, everything as before and working, last winter it worked fine and I could read the fault codes etc.
Could a low battery voltage cause this ?
The battery is currently at 12.35 V, engine starts, no codes.
Any idea ?

...no chance, rebooting without effect.
Will first charge the battery now to max, then try again and in worst case, fit another heater.
There are a few available, guaranteed function and 3 months warranty.
