not sure jon, is your cable going to 9 pin connector (I think 9....)?
Not sure mate. I'll check tomorrow. Looking to have the new phone delivered tomorrow, so thought an easy fix would be to just buy the new cable from the box to the Ipod/phone connector. Knowing my luck I'll have to buy the full thing again Or 'modify' the cradle.
Been meaning to ask Nick the same thing as my cradle is getting a bit knackered and has a tendency to only play the left channel at times
I suspect one of the Dension cradles will fit though, ISTR they have the same connector and wouldn't be surprised if they have something to do with the LR kit anyway The End
Interesting link. No mention of LR, but it is obvioulsy a repackaged version for LR.

Looks like the gateway 300 box, so I'm guessing you can get a replacement cable. (whether you can actually get it though is another thing!)Bodsys Brake Bible

Seems to be a good solution with the ProClip so no screwing
Why get a pro clip, you can get a mounting bracket that fits between the gap in the centre console unit - again no screwing, and it's more discreet than a pro clip [imo].
Will take pic of mine if you need to see.
Ron, no pressure, but I'm installing at the weekend...... Bodsys Brake Bible

Sorry Ian, bit manic this morning.
pics of my mount below!
just noticed I need to blacken my nuts and give the thing a dust!!!
Don't know if it's of any use to what your looking for.
The facia sides come off and the bracket fits behind it in predetermined holes.
If it is, the mount was supplied and fitted by a mobile phone installer 3.5 yr ago for my old Nokia.
Should be available from any decent installer/supplier.
I just change the cradle dependant on which phone I'm running.
Currently it's an active Brodit cradle with Parrot bluetooth for my HP ipaq 6915

Thanks Ron, will have a chat with our phone installers & see if they've got a bracket laying around
Still not sure which side to mount it though. Your side makes it easier to see, but the Pro Clip fits on teh other side, so is a little more descrete.

If the proclip fits on the other side - I assume closer to you, the driver; will that not obscure your view and the functionality of the centre console controls?...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Well I decided to go with Ronp's Dashmount one, which I bought from errr Dashmount!
Along with a Brodit iphone cradle (adjustable one that works with skins/cases)
Have been away for a few days, so only got it last night & will fit it tonight
Having had a look at the website, I think it's the best option. Dead easy to fit too. Bodsys Brake Bible
