No power to head unit
Hi got a problem with my stereo fitted the D4 screen a while ago but had poor reception so decided to change the fakra cables as the splitter was wrong so changed them around and now i have no sound no sat nav nothing not even the red light on the most so i assume i have blown a fuse.Is the smaller block to the rear of the head unit the power supply to it as i dont have any power there with the unit switched on/car running but have some power to the other block

Okay quick update do have power which is permanent 12 volt on one cable and got what appear to be 2 switched lives but only appear to be about 3.6 volt but still no most loop(red light)Discovery 3 se gone

there is no switched live at the head unit.
the radio knows the igntion is on via databus message.
blue/purple IIRC is +12v
