Managed to drill a hinge in the wrong place today.
Must have had a no brainer for a few minutes, four holes to weld and grind
On the good side the fridge sliders arrived from accuride.
Good heavy duty ones, rated 227 Kg pair, so lots of capacity for cold ones.
Work continues very slowly... need to get it ready for the Norwegian national gathering, but its looking like I will be using the tipee tent again IDTOOL PRO / Faultmate programing and BAS remaping services in Norway.

Update:- On Monday the frame went to Powder coat together with the side panels. Norway shuts down for the Holidays on the 2nd of July, so the doors are going to be plain aluminium for the summer and will be painted after the vacation.
Lots of work done though, all doors fitted, plugged the holes which were drilled wrong.
Got a sample from Camlock for a door lock, but its not waterproof so I just ordered a bunch of Southco locks.

And the colour choice is RAL 7044, it is as close we could get to a Jotun colour called pale sand.
I might get it "ready" for the Norwegian national gathering in 14 days we will see.

Been a busy week, but we got alot of the door seal holders cut to size and mounted the trail top tent today.
Aimed at getting the base spot on the senter point with height 155cm, when installed 157cm, forgot to account for some rubber gaskets. still its a +/ - 5 cm tollerance, so we are there.
Now hope to drill the doors tomorrow for the door locks.
Bolted down and packed away before a big rain cloud came and released its contents.

I wanted to go the one lock on the door route(also economical) but the sealing rubbers are quite stiff, and need alot of pressure to seal properly.
So I was wanting to make sure I had a good seal and 2 locks it is, once we are stationary I only need 1 lock to enguage to to keep them out of the way.

Its been a long july, got it ready (1 day late for the norwegian national meeting).
Threw all the kit in the back and was ready to go, when I found the wheels were fouling the Mudguards, son and wife mucked in and we were reay to go after 2 hours only to discover an earth fault on the electrics.
Got the tools out and bypassed a multiconnector and everything works, so a rewire is required in the not so distance future
Finally got on the road and stopped at a local weight bridge, D3 = 3000KG Noname = 1000Kg.
Carried on the main road heading for the Norwegian national and after about 1 hrs driving, I feel a strange wobble from the trailer, look in the mirror and I am about to loose a wheel, I never knew a D3 could stop so quickly
Manged to get it on the hard shoulder, and find the wheel is only held on with 2 wheel nuts and 2 turns left on them...
Got the trailer jacked up (drilled the frame earlier to accept the D3 scissors jack - good mod ) and retightned all bolts.
After that, continued to be worried about all vibrations in the trailer, but after nearly 800km all is OK.
It took us 45 minutes to get the tent up and about the same to pack it, but we have now got it down to 30 minutes.
some pictures taken at the Norwegian national meet. I have some work to do on the brakes as something is hanging up, and I am still waiting on the new spacers.

Still lots of work to do, not hapy with the Mudguards, interior walls need to be mounted, I need to do the 12v, 220V and gas installations. Doors need to be welded, sanded, and painted.
Now to find some Avonride spares, has anyone experience of changing the damper ??
