No heat to washer jets!
I have suspected that my washer jet heaters have not been working this winter. Previously I used to get a nice ring of melted snow/ice/frost around the nozzles within a couple of minutes of start up. This winter - nothing!
Temp was -4 yesterday morning and the car was covered in thick frost. Started engine, switched on defrost prog. + heated seats then got out of car and waited. FBH fired up OK (it always has), the windscreen heater did its stuff (apart from the 6" wide dead band I have on left hand side of the the drivers side heating grid). The wing mirrors were as warm as toast. But the washer jets for both the screen and the headlamps remained frozen and covered in frost.
I have checked the fuse (No.12) but that is OK.
As all four nozzles are not working, I suspect that it is not the nozzle heaters which are at fault.
Anyone any ideas?

Hello Wiggs
You are not wrong when you say the headlamp washers are not heated, mine certainly aren't.
I suppose I am going to have to get a meter out and test the things. Is there a convenient connector anywhere, where I can check for continuity in the heater elements?
Cheers

Already checked the fuse (No.12) it is OK.
So the problem is downstream of there.
Will do some quick checking then order new D4 variety from TLO if necessary.
Thanks
