Nice and cheap ‘facelift’
Just finished a ‘facelift’ on my 2013 Disco. Total cost - £160 (thanks to Powerful UK and Super Tweaks)
I know some people aren’t keen on the black look but I’m pleased with the results
Black / Silver Grille - £89
Black Grille Badge - £12
Black ‘Discovery’ bonnet lettering - £15
Rear Black ‘Discovery 4’ - £14
Rear Black ‘HSE’ - £6
Rear Black ‘SDV6’ - £7
Letter Removal Kit - £17
I must admit I was a bit nervous about removing the old lettering but it was a breeze in the end. The letter removal kit is a must. All done within an hour. Happy days.
Got some damage on the rear bumper / passenger side rear light which was caused at a Big Yellow Storage depot ( never owned up to it) so the rear lights are being replaced with the black style as part of the insurance job to complete the package.

Will be doing the side grilles next
Can only get them in chrome or gloss black though by the looks of it. When you say front grille do you mean replace the gloss black with graphite?
Have already approached SWMBO about getting the wheels done to a darker shade and that resulted in a black eye so I’m working on that one.
The removal kit comes with some masking tape, decent sized plastic scraper to prise off the letters, some alcohol wipes and a rubber adhesive removal tool. I was a bit reluctant to use the rubber tool as it involves a drill but as long as you don’t go mad and keep the drill to a fairly slow speed it is a brilliant piece of kit. Not sure if links work but here’s the detail:
