NHS "Choose and Book"

Well what a total load of sherbert. A referral to a cardiologist for a stress related heart condition results in my receiving a "choose and book" form. So I drag myself off to the relevant website and carefully key in the details they have provided. Nope, it seems I have my keyboard upside down and something on my glasses as after 3 attempts it is still telling me the details are wrong (I had someone watch on the third attempt and they confirmed I had keyed it correctly) and has locked me out of the system.

Doing wonders for my stress levels Thumbs Up

Google for Choose and Book problems elicits eleventy-many hits. Cracking Mr. Green Laughing Laughing Laughing Neutral Embarassed

what a load of Censored

What's wrong with "Dear Mr Do$h, we have an appointment available at time/date and as it's to do with you not dying in horrible agony we reckon you'll probably make the effort to attend"

All this "oooh, the patient must have choices Censored is part of what's killing the NHS.
Evil or Very Mad

Rant over Thumbs Up
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
