Mine arrived last week
Got to say it is a big step up from my previous 09 D3
Even though that was remapped , the new car has so much more grunt , especially mid range
The gear change is smoother less obtrusive , no lag at junctions anymore
On my biweekly trip over the Beeftubs road from Moffat , which i can now almost drive blindfold, It was so much better , less corner cutting required to maintain speed , less roll ( although SWMBO still managed to winge , mainly because I was probably 10mph faster than the last time we went over)
All this and and a 29.5mpg average indicated for the trip on the lieometer , about a 15% improvement and not yet run in!!
Very Impressed!!
One thing I have noticed , and I have seen mentions in other posts, my car has Premium Nav , 4x4 info screen and Voice , which according to the brochure it shouldnt have ( and I certainly didnt specify)
How many other MY12 XS owners have this bonus or is it a brochure misprint?

The only downside with the D4 is the fuel indicated redout seems to got a lot more optimistic  
Mine is out by 5mpg
