New toy for D3 on Monday
Thought I would give the site sponsors (Prestige Audio) a try and have ordered two roof mount monitors and DVD player. This should keep the kids quiet in future. Chris is quick to respond to my many questions and very helpful. Roll on Monday.

I can't really aford it myself but the kids are driving me mad. Just came back from a driving trip around New England and that just about swung it for me. Considering taking the D3 to Spain next year so I think it will come in very very handy. They also offer a very nice discount to disco3.co.uk members.
Pay a visit to the In Car DVD web site for a cheaper alternative. We got these for our girls (http://shop.incardvd.uk.com/acatalog/SDV77...79___.html) last April and they've been brilliant. Keeps them entertained (quiet!!) on long journeys and being portable, they can also use them wherever they like - usually in our caravan as we refuse to have a TV on board! We're not having them (and my partners's mum for that matter) gawping at f g neighbours, eastenders and the other total crap they watch when at home! Now an ex-D3 owner after 7 happy years. Miss the car but not the big bills

I bought a cheap kit from ARGOS made by Wharfedale that just straps to the headrests. Sure it doesn't look that tidy but works very well and can run from mains/battery so portable too. For £125 it is a bargain and has served us well including runs to france etc.
The built in kit looks great though and I guess it takes away the hassle of fitting each time you want to use it.2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto
