The NEW ProSpeed Discovery 3 and 4 roof rack
Hi Everyone,
It's been a long time coming, there have been a few delays and challenges along the way but our new roof rack for the D3 and D4 is now in production and available!
It's strong, lightweight, silent, and tough - everything you'd expect from the most advanced roof rack in the world!
What makes it better than before? It's lighter, stiffer, much more versatile, more aerodynamic, and it looks even cooler!
ABS plastic floors will be available soon, they can be bought in sections so you can fill as much or as little of the rack as you like, and you can fill the rest with our other XRS accessories.
Let us know what you think.
Thanks,
Ben

There's no strap on those cardboard boxes... they'll just fall off.

I want one and hopefully I can put it through as a business expense. I guess it's easy enough to fit ?

It's very easy to fit, no more than 10 minutes.
The built in XRS bars are brilliant, absolutely rock solid. I've just done 800 miles with my spare wheel, 2 water carriers and 2 jerry cans up top and not a rattle or a squeak. The front cowl now looks like it's floating instead of flush with the area just above the windscreen which I think looks pretty good. As Ben has said it is very strong with hardly any flex with my additional 100 kg up there as well. It's a well thought out, well made bit of kit that is the perfect platform for the other XRS accessories to bolt on to, no more lashing stuff down with rope and straps.Club Exped trailer

Getting there
Living with the rack over the last 3 weeks has been great. It's very quiet even at 80mph you wouldn't know it was fitted and as per the original rack it hasn't affected the mpg at all. I'll post some more pictures up tomorrow.Club Exped trailer
