Hi Guys
Your saying thats illegal for them to do this when in fact its not if a company wants you to protect their brand they have every right to do this as at the end of the day if you keep discounting things then there is no profit margin in it for any one. As profit margin is infact my wages would you do a months work for your boss without any wagesI dont think you would would you.
If one of our suppliers dosnt want to supply us then they will simply refuse to sell to us there fore we cannot sell their product and cannot honour warranties as we would not be an official supplier, there is nothing illegal about this it is simply a matter of if we dont want you to sell our product then thats it they dont have to give us any reason for it and thats for anything, a bit like a barrman when you try to buy more beer when your he simply asks you to leave his establishment.
I think what you are getting confused with is price fixing then that isnt allowed and that is against the law
cheers
