according to the web site they are imports, and you can get cheeper from a uk dealer
Quote:All Land Rovers supplied by Land Rover Deals are new 2006 model year UK specification factory built RHD vehicles, supplied with all Land Rover UK owner manuals and service/warranty books. All Land Rovers are identical in every respect to a Land Rover you would buy from your local Land Rover dealership in the UK or Ireland. The only difference of course is the amount of money you are saving.
All Land Rovers come with C.O.C. (Certificate of Conformity) issued by Land Rover UK. This C.O.C. is essential to register your new vehicle in the UK and Ireland .
try a dealer [/quote]

Hey Owl
Mine was UK supplied with almost same saving
They gave me the option of import or UK supplied
When I'd decided on colour, spec and so on, they put me into direct contact with one of their UK suppliers who was a Land Rover dealership
I was told because of their buying power, they passed on the discount to me and I paid them a small commission
I dealt with a guy called Stuart and found them very professional

I'm a firm believer in your own comfort when buying from internet companies...if as in this case Saxman has found them to be reassuring and ultimately delivering the goods without difficulty ...then great !
It is ulitmately about reassurance though...the first thing I notice about this site is the 'about us' section doesn't really tell you a lot about who I'm handing over my thousands to. And the other thing I would want reassurance on is what is the back up procedure for niggles after purchase ? 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Motorlogix.com every time for me, excellent service, put straight in touch with an excellent dealer and the cheapest deal I could find.

My order was direct with a Land Rover dealership, I paid them the deposit direct and I will be paying the final balance to them also. Obviously, I will be able to take it to any LR dealership in the UK for any servicing or problems (which I'm hoping the Disco doesn't have )

Looking at their figures for the SE there are various options that are standard on the UK SE which are charged extra such as the cooler box. I did a price comparrison with the D3 I bought 3 weeks ago and they came out more expensive than the deal I got through a dealer. Loving the power of the TDV8!

Right I see .....so they act as the negotiator on your behalf...excellent ! Providing the price is right I could see me looking at this in the future 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
