At the very least they protect the snow from falling down and the lamps from helping you see in front of you then.

Correct me if im wrong but dont like the fact that they have to be screwed into the wing give it a few satly/wintery years and bubbles in the paint work etc. I wouldnt bother mind you they are good for killing flys.
