tethering charge is definately a rip off & would be cheaper to use a seperate USB 02 dongle (which I have already)

I don't understand this - why is the data transfer any more expensive to them whether it's done directly via the iPhone or via a computer?

martin, i dont believe it has anything to do with that, i think it's the fact that with tethering there will be alot more traffic whereas with the phone alone you are a little limited by what you can do, with the ther you'd sit online all day and not bother with internet at home,,,or the mobile dongle.

I updated my system to the final pre release of version 3 this afternoon.

Sooooooo many features that will make this great phone even better.

the cut & paste is just excellent (yes, I know it should have had it before....)

Mailbox management & search is soo much better too.

I LOVE MY iPhone

My N95 has managed cut and paste quite nicely for the last couple of years. Whistle

S60 platform has plenty of apps. Nokia just didn't use it as a profit generator until recently when they launched Ovi (badly). Sportstracker, GPS, video, 5mp camera with flash, email, web browsing with cut and paste....

Nope, obviously way behind the pace when they came out with that 2 and a half years ago Whistle
