I'm certainly getting bored of paying £200-300 for "stainless steel" .....and getting maybe 4 seasons if I'm lucky.....I think cheap and cheerful is the way to go "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Outdoor frying pan??? You must be some chef to do roast chicken and beef in a frying pan! lol......
Convenient, tasty and packs down into one bag which is fairly lightweight - don't get me wrong, charcoal is great but not that easy to use with campsite restrictions....

One of the bits of kit I've got is a Cobb, great bit of kit, real charcoal and it stays cold on the outside so cook on a table, pick it up and move it, we use it on the boat, beach and in the back of the Disco, it will make a roast dinner for 6 incl veg with 6 pieces of charcoal

Gas BBQ , you might as well fry or grill it in the house, can't beat the old charcoal gives it the proper flavour
