New D4 commercial

New 2013 d4 commercial home. Sold my lovely d3 been the best disco so far. But 132000 on the clock it was time to go.
So ?

Always had a soft A bar ? Not so sure bout the d4 A bar. Which driving lights if no A bar an which lights if A bar.

My d3

How easy is it to take the inner plastic off the rear widows as it pretty blind if exerting a junction ?

How do I stop it with out switching the radio off. ?The old way only one click of the key !

Can I retro fit roof rails ? Need somewhere for cb arial

Detachable tow bar fitted ! Easy enough to fit a proper one ?

I am sure there be many other questions an this is just the place.

Thanks in advance

Storming.

Very Happy Towbar? I like these, neat and effective, takes about an hour to fit if you're as old and slow as me! Laughing

@Storming - Are you getting light guards for the D4? I've had them on D3 & current D4. Always think they look good.

Does anyone know if front lamp guards are available on new D4's with fairy lights? Can't recall seeing any fitted? Mine arrives in July.

This one still for sale

Plus side
Cameras are great for the trailer. Automatic is very smooth and the tow assist works very well

Flask don't fit in door anymore
No shelf in front o sat nav
No passenger cup holder next the door
No where for couple o pens ?

Yep, had similar complaints to you. Shelf missing in front of sat nav meant I fill up cup holders with pens and keys. Then not enough cup holders. Bought myself a seat tidy full of pockets. Normally would go on back of seat but cable tied it to bulkhead between seats. Very handy.

At least you check it I suspect many owners do not even know how to check it on a D4

Why would you? By looking at that you're not actually checking the oil you're reading a digital readout from an ECU. I'm sure the same ECU does it for you automatically.

I'd much prefer a dipstick as you check for so much more than just the level.
